01Who we are

This website is operated by AVADOOTA MANPOWER SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, which trades as Avadoota Manpower Solution. Our office is at Vijayalakshmi Layout, 2nd Building, 2nd Floor, NH 206, Kadur, Chikkamagaluru District, Karnataka.

For the personal information described in this policy, we decide why and how it is used.

02Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this website:

• Job seeker registration and job applications: your full name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), current location, the type of work you want, preferred work location, experience level, availability, current or last job, years of experience, skills and, if you choose to upload one, your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX). For a job application we also record which job you applied for. When you tick the consent box, we record that you gave consent, the version of this policy and the date and time.
• Employer manpower requirements: company name, contact person, designation, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and the details of the requirement (requirement type, workforce category, number of workers, work location, expected start date, role description, skills, shift, duration and any additional information).
• Contact enquiries: your name, phone number, email address (optional), whether you are an employer, job seeker or general enquirer, the subject and your message.

Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for recruitment (for example health, financial, caste, religion or identity-document details) in free-text fields or in your resume.

03Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like most websites, the servers that host this website record technical information about requests, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. These logs are kept by our hosting service provider for a limited period under its standard practices.
• Security cookie: a strictly necessary cookie protects our forms against forged submissions, and a short-lived cookie (about 5 minutes) shows the confirmation message after you submit a form without JavaScript. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Browser storage: your browser may remember that you closed the announcement bar or the announcement popup, so they are not shown again. This information stays on your device.
• Abuse prevention: to prevent spam, the website keeps counters of recent submissions. They are keyed by a one-way code derived from your IP address and the phone number entered, so the address and number themselves are not stored. The counters expire after 24 hours and are deleted periodically.

04How we use your information

• To process your registration, job application, manpower requirement or enquiry, and to contact you about it.
• For job seekers: to assess your suitability for available or future work, to contact you about suitable opportunities and, with your consent, to put you forward to prospective employers.
• For employers: to understand your workforce requirement and coordinate the next steps with you.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where automatic confirmation emails are enabled, we may also send you a confirmation that we received your submission, if you gave an email address.

05Recruitment and sharing with prospective employers

When you register or apply, you are asked to tick a consent box. By ticking it, you agree that we may use your details and resume to assess your suitability, contact you about suitable work, and share relevant details from your profile and resume with prospective employers for specific roles you may be suitable for.

Your resume and relevant personal information may be shared with prospective employers when this is necessary for recruitment, subject to your consent and applicable law. We share only what is relevant to the opportunity.

You can withdraw this consent at any time (see "Your rights"). Withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, but we may no longer be able to consider you for opportunities.

06How submissions are handled

This website does not keep a database of form submissions. When you submit a form, the website sends your details by email to the company email addresses set up to receive them. Any resume you upload is attached to that email.

The uploaded file is held only temporarily on the web server while the email is sent, and is then deleted. Resumes are never published on the website and have no public link.

Copies of the submission and any resume then remain in the company's email account until they are deleted under the retention practice described below.

07Service providers

We use service providers that process personal information on our behalf:

• Website hosting: a web hosting service provider hosts this website and its server logs.
• Email: an email service provider delivers and stores the emails that carry form submissions. Depending on the provider, this information may be stored on servers outside India.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and reach our company WhatsApp number.

All images, fonts and scripts on this website are served from our own hosting. The website does not load third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

08How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.

• Job seeker registrations, resumes and job applications: up to 12 months after your last application or interaction with us, unless applicable law requires us to keep them longer.
• General contact enquiries: up to 12 months after the last interaction.
• Employer manpower requirements and contractual records: for as long as required by the applicable contract, our business requirements and our legal obligations.
• Server logs: for a limited period under our hosting service provider's standard practices.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it from our email accounts. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see "Your rights").

09Security

• This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are emailed through an authenticated, encrypted connection to our email service provider.
• Uploaded resumes are checked for file type and size, are not stored on the website, and are never publicly accessible.
• The website's configuration, including email credentials, is kept outside the publicly accessible part of the server.
• Access to the company email accounts that receive submissions is restricted to authorised personnel.

No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10Personal data breaches

If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will act to contain it and will inform affected individuals and the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

11Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules and, as their provisions come into force, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, you may:

• ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation;
• withdraw consent you have given, as easily as you gave it;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance with us, and, once you have used our grievance process, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

12Age eligibility

Job seeker registration and job applications are only for people who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, please do not submit your details through this website.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, its version number and the date it was last updated are always shown on this page. When you register or apply, we record the version of the policy that applied at the time.
